摘要
采用内循环厌氧反应器(IC)工艺预处理生产食品添加剂产生的发酵废水。调试运行结果表明,处理此类高COD、高蛋白质含量、高色度、高发酵废水,COD、BOD5和SS的去除率可分别达到92.6%、96.1%和50%,处理效果好;利用分阶段驯化的方式,将污泥驯化明确地分为"激发"和"强化"2个阶段,能够在较短时间内完成污泥驯化;IC的启动过程,伴随着污泥的增殖与颗粒化;启动完成后,第1反应室污泥的质量浓度可达20 g.L-1以上,以粒径2.5~3.0 mm的颗粒污泥形态存在。
The fermentation wastewater of food additive production, with high concentration of COD, high protein content, dark colority and high SS, was pretreated by the IC process. The testing and operation results showed that the removal rate of COD and BOD5 is 92.6% and 96.1%; the treat efficiency is pronounced. The experience observing and researching the morphological changes of sludge could be consulted for IC testing.
