摘要
随着中国市场经济体制的发展,经济全球化以及中国加入WTO,传统的计划经济的人才培养模式已经不能满足社会的需求,越来越多的高校采用了学分制的教学管理模式。本文在分析传统学年制教学管理存在问题的基础上,尝试从人性化的角度,探讨学分制与教学管理人性化之间的关系,指出了学分制是教学管理制度的一种人性化回归。
With the transition of the economic system from planned to the market in China and the globalization of the economy, the traditional mode of education is out of date. The number of universities adopting credit system in education is increasing. This paper mainly probes into the matter and discusses the relationship between credit system and teaching management with humanity. In the end, it concludes that the system is a kind of regressing of humanity in teaching management system.
