摘要
综述了超声辐照对于酶活性和酶催化反应的影响,以及各种超声参数对反应的影响,并展望了超声辐照在酶促反应中的应用前景。
The effects of ultrasound on activity of enzymes and velocity of the reactions catalyzed by enzymes are reviewed in this paper. The effects of ultrasound parameters such as power, ultrasonic frequency and reaction time are also discussed. The prospect of the application of ultrasound in the enzymes catalysis reactions is presented.
