大型热水锅炉炉型选择初探

摘要 介绍了目前国内热水锅炉的制造情况。针对某供热工程进行了CFB锅炉和链条炉在燃烧方式、初投资、运行维护费用等方面的比较论证,说明对于采暖负荷300 t/h(210 MW)工程来说,采用CFB锅炉从初投资和运行维护费用都比采用链条炉经济,且环保和节能降耗的性能也较好,推荐采用CFB热水锅炉。 An introduction is being presented to the manufacturing status of current domestic hot-water boilers. Based on a certain heat supply project, together with a comparison on the combustion method, initial investment and operation & maintenance expense between CFB and chain grate boilers. Comparison results show that for a 300 t/h (210 MW) heat supply project, adopting CFB boiler is more beneficial than chain grate boiler from the point of view of initial investment, operation & maintenance expense, environmental protection and energy saving effect, so for such a project, 2×166 t/h CFB hot-water boilers are recommended.
