摘要
基础教育改革对小学教师提出了严峻挑战,培养高质量的本科小学师资是小学教师教育的目标和必然趋势。通过对我国小学教师职前能力结构及其培养模式现状分析,提出"分离式"小学教师教育人才培养模式改革的策略。
The elementary education reforms have brought forward gave challenge to the primary school teachers. To train highquality future primary teachers is a target and inevitable trend that the primary education purslles. Through analyze pre-education teachers＇ ability structure and the current training pattern, the article has brought forward the tactics of ＂disconnect-type＂ training pattern reform on primary school teachers.
