摘要
从成功合成出像MCM-41、SBA-15这样的有序介孔氧化硅材料以来,此类材料已经发展成为一种新型药物控缓释载体材料;由于其具有无毒、比表面积和孔容巨大、孔道排列有序、孔径分布狭窄、水热稳定性高、生物兼容性好、制备中的结构调变技术成熟等特点成为药物控缓释领域的研究热点之一,越来越受到重视;介绍了药物分子在有序介孔纳米氧化硅材料的纳米孔道中的组装、控缓释研究的进展;集中介绍了影响药物控缓释行为的两个主要因素(有序介孔氧化硅材料的比表面积和孔道结构)对药物控缓释行为的作用;可为控缓释药物研究人员开发新型药物分子载体材料、药物分子组装技术及研究药物分子的控缓释行为提供参考和研究依据。
Research on ordered mesoporous silica materials for controlled delivery of drug has experienced an outstanding increase during recent years, particularly after the successful synthesis of ordered mesoporous silica materials like SBA - 15, MCM - 41. In the field of drug delivery, ordered mesoporous silica materials take the heat due to many special advantages like non - toxicity, huge specific area and pore volume, highly ordered channels, narrow distribution of pore size, excellent hydrothermal stability, high biocompatibility and tunable structure. This minireview deals with the advances in this field by presenting a summary of the synthesis of ordered mesoporous silica materials, the assembly of drug molecular in the nano - pore of such materials, the studies on the controlled delivery of the drug assembled in nano - pores. Specific attention has been paid on the effect of two main factors, the specific area and pore structure of ordered mesoporous silica materials, on the delivery of drug.
