摘要
企业家诚信是市场机制良性运行的重要因素。如何构建一个测度企业家诚信程度的评价体系,来引导企业家进行诚信修炼和自律,进而评价企业家及企业的诚信程度,迄今为止国内外相关研究尚不系统。本文在已有研究的基础上,构建了企业家诚信评价指标的框架,借助spss软件对指标进行筛选和分析,确定了企业家诚信评价的指标体系。
Entrepreneur integrity is an important factor of the good market mechanism. So far, there has not been systematic research at home and abroad into how to build a measurable system of entrepreneur integrity evaluation to guide entrepreneur integrity and self- cultivation, and then evaluate the credibility of enterprises. This article, based on research in existence, attempts to build the framework of entrepreneur integrity evaluation index, and then uses the software spss to filter and to analyze index to determine the final index system of entrepreneur integrity evaluation.
