摘要
目的寻找一种能调节黄芩中的黄芩苷与黄芩素比例的提取方法。方法利用黄芩药材中共存酶特性,运用正交设计筛选酶解参数,以高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷和黄芩素,并计算其收率。结果控制酶解条件,可制备黄芩苷与黄芩素按预设要求的黄芩提取物。结论在设定的酶解条件下,可以平衡提取黄芩中的黄芩苷与黄芩素。该研究为灵活提取黄芩提供了有益参考。
Objective To develop an extraction method of Scutellaria baicalensis from which baicalin and baicalein can be extrac- ted in a designed ratio. Methods Utilizing the biological enzyme coexisted in the raw material of ScuteUaria baicalensis, the or- thogonal design was used to optimize the parameters of enzyme, and the contents of baicalin and baicaleih more determined by HPLC. Results The ratio of the glycoside and its gene in the extract could be aimed by controlling the condition of enzymatic hy- drolysis. Conclusion The new method is developed for preparing the Scutellaria extract.
