摘要
笔者认为高职酒店管理专业的出路是实行以岗位群为导向,以职业能力为基础的教学改革,根据能力要求设计岗位模块,按照岗位模块设计课程。文章通过对能力体系所需能力与知识技能分析,提出酒店管理专业教学的指导思想应是以酒店企业对人才的知识、能力和素质的需要为依据,以提高人才培养质量为目的。
The author believes the way of higher hotel management major is post group -oriented and vocational competency-based teaching reform, and to design posts module according to the ability, designing courses in accordance with the post module. Through analysis of the capacity system , knowledge and skills required, the author puts forward some ideas that the guiding ideology of hotel management major teaching should be based on the knowledge, ability and quality of hotel business-to-personnel resources , the teaching purpose should be set on improving the quality of personnel training.
