摘要 [目的]研究鹿鞭酒对免疫机能的促进作用和抗缺氧能力。[方法]以鹿鞭、鹿茸为主要原料,辅以灵芝、枸杞子、五味子等药食两用中药材,合理配伍,利用现代生物技术精制而成的鹿鞭酒,采用昆明种小鼠为试验动物进行功能评价。[结果]功能试验证明,鹿鞭酒可使小鼠免疫器官脏器胸腺指数明显升高,单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能加强,廓清指数显著增高,升高小鼠的白细胞数量,提高机体的免疫机能;鹿鞭酒可提高小鼠抗缺氧能力,增加血红蛋白含量。通过检验和推测具有功能作用的主要活性成分为多肽、多糖。[结论]鹿鞭酒是一种功能确切的营养保健酒。 [Objective] The effect of Labian wine on the immune function and the capacity of anti-hypoxiao was studied. [Method] The Labian Wine con-sisted of deer horn and others as main raw material, supplemented with the edible Chinese berbal medicine such as Ganoderma lucidum, medllar, sehisandrin and so on, and was refined with modem bioteehnology. The functional assessment of the wine was tested with mice. [ Results] The function test indicated that the immune index of thymus organ and the function of monocyte macrophage phageeytesis mice were significantly strengthened. The number of leukocytes in mice was increased, which enhanced the, immune function. The wine can improve the capacity of mouse in anti-anoxia, increase the content of hemoglobin .The inspeetion indicated that the active ingredient with function in the wine mainly was the peptide and polysaccharide. [Conclusion] The wine was a kind of healthy and nutritional wine with exact function.
