摘要
用50％乙醇浸出物,氯仿浸出物,总氮,总灰分,16种氨基酸,22种无机元素和2种激素为指标对王锦蛇鞭和梅花鹿鞭进行了分析比较,结果表明:总灰分与总浸出物二者相近,一些微量元素前者明显高于后者,其它方面前者均不同程度低于后者。
Using extract of 50% alcohol,total nitrogen, total dust, sixteen kinds of amino acids, twenty - two kinds of inorganic elements and two kinds of hormones as indexes, we compared Testis et Penis Elaphe carinata with Testis et Penis Cervus nippon . The experimental results indicate: both of them are near in total nitrogen and total dust, but in the contents of some elements the former is obviously higher than the latter, however, in other aspects, the contents of the former are all lower than thoe of the latter.
