摘要
动态观察２０例脑梗塞患者血浆内皮素（ＰＥＴ）的变化，结果发现：脑梗塞后３天内血浆ＥＴ即升高，以第７天为分泌高峰，第１０天开始下降；ＰＥＴ浓度高低顺序为第７天＞３天内＞第１０～２８天。脑梗塞病程１０～２８天与脑动脉硬化组无显著性差异，但均高于对照组。脑梗塞伴高血压者ＰＥＴ高于不伴高血压者。血浆ＥＴ的增高与脑梗塞病灶大小呈正相关。
We studied the changes of plasma endothelin (PET) level in 20 patients with cerebral infarction The result showed that the level of PET become highest on the seventh day ,then it started becoming low on the tenth day PET level process was: its seventh day's state>1st￣3nd day's state>10th￣28th day's state the PET level had no difference between the cerebral infarction patients within 10th￣28th days and cerebral atherosclerosis patients , but both of them were higher than normal controls The PET level of the patients with hypertension were higher than those without hypertension The PET level was positively correlated with infarct volume
