单元组合式移相新型控制电路的研究与开发

摘要 针对目前高压变频器在国内外所面临的专用控制电路滞后的现状,本文研究开发了一种适用于单元组合式高压变频器拓扑的新型控制专用电路。该电路采用了多相分时检索算法,具有方案新颖、控制可靠等优点,为开发大功率高压变频器奠定了基础。 This paper has explored a new kind of PWM control circuit module of the cell cascaded multilevel inverter which is based on the CPLD, in allusion to the blank actuality of special purpose PWM control IC which the multilevel inverter is faced with at the present time. This circuit module has utilized the total digital data storage mode and has the advantage of scheme novelty and reliability of control etc, which has settled the basis for exploring the special purpose PWM control IC.
