摘要
中压交流电机驱动的泵与风机采用变频调速控制可以节约大量能源。简单介绍H桥单元串联型多电平中压变频器的原理及实现方法,阐述数字控制系统的组成及功能,功率单元本地控制器的组成、功能及设计时应注意的问题,以及控制软件和监控软件功能。给出有关的仿真波形和实测波形。最后探讨与变频器研制相关的若干问题。
It is well known that the energy loss would be greatly reduced if the medium voltage AC motors which drive fan and pumps are fed by medium voltage converters. It briefly described the principle and realization of H bridge cascaded multi-level medium voltage converter, the construction and function of its main digital control system, the concern on local controller of power units and the function of software systems. Presented some waveforms by simulation and real waveforms recorded when doing type test. Discussed some relevant problems.
