摘要
通过对星村矿煤样的"油浴"程序升温实验,模拟煤氧化热解过程,得到煤氧化热解气样各组分指标随热解温度变化情况。分析各个煤自燃预报气体指标在应用中的准确性后,选取以CO温升率、火灾系数R3为主要气体指标,以CO、C2H6、C2H4的浓度及火灾系数R2为辅助气体指标。并依据气体指标的临界值确定煤自燃阶段,对煤自燃防灭火工作及安全生产有一定的指导作用。
By oil - bath programmed temperature experiment for the coal sample from Xingcun Mine, the paper simulates the process of coal oxidation and pyrolysis, obtains the variety of gas - indexes with temperature and ensures the key gas - indexes and secondary gas - indexes. Finally, determines the degree of coal spontameous combustion according to the critical value of gas - indexes.
