摘要
作为欠发达地区,新疆农业发展呈现出独特的绿洲农业的区域特性,落后的传统农业与机械化的现代农业相互并存,由于新疆农业具有极强的外部性,加快新疆现代农业的发展,需要国家政策的大力支持以弥补地方财力及公共投资的不足。文章通过对新疆农业投资现状的分析,提出了基于新疆区域特性的现代农业公共投资的政策选择。
The agriculture develops the area characteristic property displaying the unique oasis agriculture as less developed area, Xinjiang, the tradition agrieuhure falling behind and machinized modern agriculture exist side by side mutually, since the Xinjiang agriculture has the extremely strong outside, accelerates development of Xinjiang modern agriculture, needs country policy strong support to make up local financial resources and common investment deficiency. The main body of a book has been passed to Xinjiang agriculture analysis with investment of current situation, has suggested that public investment policy chooses owing to Xinjiang area characteristic property modern agriculture.
