摘要
对47侧尸头额窦进行观察和测量。结果发现通过位于额隐窝、筛漏斗、上半月裂及上鼻道的窦口直接开口子鼻腔者分别有30（63．8％）、9（19．1％）、3（6．4％）、1（2．1％）侧，通过易额管开口厂额隐窝下筛漏斗上的鼻腔外侧壁者4侧（8．5％）。认为，开口于不同部位的额窦窦四周围结构不同，对研究额窦的生理、病理．以及提高鼻窦内窥镜检查和额窦开放手术具有重要的参考和指导意义。
The frontal sinus of 47 adult half-head cadaveric specimens were observed. The case of the sinus opening into nasal cavity directly through the ostia are 30 to frontal recess, 9 to ethmoidal infundibulum.3 to superior semilunar hiatus and superior meatus, respectively. Only 4 (8. 5%) cases are directely opened into the nasofrontal duct. The adjacent structures of the ostia differ from each other by the different location of the ostium. The clinical significance of the ostium and the nasofrontal duct were discussed.
