摘要
人本管理思想内涵极其丰富,其核心是以人为主体,确立人在管理过程中的主导地位,其动力来源是人的需要,保障条件是良好的外部环境;高校教师群体的特点决定了与传统事本管理定位存在着必然冲突,表现为教师强烈的自主性与事本管理压制性的冲突,教师参与管理的民主性与事本管理专制性的冲突,教师高层次需要的多样性与事本管理单一性的冲突。以教师为中心,以情感为基础,以民主为核心的人本管理应该是高校教师管理的本质定位。
The thought of human-based management has rich content. Its core is to regard human as the subject, its dynamic comes from human's needs and its guarantee condition is favorable outside environment. The traits of teachers decides that the matter-based management has conflicts such as the conflict between strong subjectivity of teachers and supressness of matter-based management, the conflict between democraticness of teachers' joining management and the autarchy of matter-based management, and the conflict between strong higher needs of teachers and monotonous ness of matter-based management. Regarding teacher as the centre, motion as base, and democracy as core should be the essential locating of teachers management in universities.
