摘要
采用电子陶瓷工艺,制备了(Ba0.960Sr0.040Ca0.060)Ti1.044O3+x系过流保护用PTC元件。用SEM、失效模式测试仪等研究了特殊热处理和化学处理对其PTC特性的影响,同时实现了用Al电极代替Ag-Zn欧姆电极。结果表明:该工艺所制元件抗电强度高于600V/mm、耐电压高于950V,失效模式、高压感应性能符合国内55Ω过流保护PTC元件有关规范。
The (Ba0.960Sr0.040Ca0.060)Ti1.04403+x system PTC component of over-current protection for communication equipment was prepared by electroceramic process. The effects of special heat treatment and chemical treatment on its PTC characteristics were investigated by SEM and failure mode tester etc.. At the same time, aluminum electrode was susbstituted successfully for silver-zinc ohmic electrode. The results show that the PTC components prepared by this process demonstrate the desirable properties, including breakdown voltage is more than 600 V/mm, withstand voltage is greater than 950 V, failure mode and high voltage interaction properties conform to concerned specifications for over-current protective PTC component of 55 Ω at home.
