摘要 以BaCO3和TiO2为原料,采用固相反应法制备了Y、La及Nb掺杂的BaTiO3陶瓷,分析了施主掺杂对样品的室温电阻率ρ25影响规律,探讨了样品的ρ25与施主的含量的关系。研究结果表明:随着施主含量的增加ρ25先增加后减小,当Y、La及Nb含量分别为0.6 mol%、0.3 mol%和0.3 mol%时ρ25达到最小值;总结了几种不同的施主掺杂的特点,Y掺杂的BaTiO3陶瓷的半导化范围宽,La和Nb掺杂的BaTiO3陶瓷的ρ25较低;提出了双施主掺杂配方的选取原则,当La和Nb的掺杂量分别为0.15 mol%和0.05 mol%时,获得的BaTiO3陶瓷的ρ25最低为4.8Ω·cm。 Using BaTiO3 and TiO2 as starting materials, Y,La and Nb doped-BaTiO3 ceramics have been prepared by solid-state reaction method. The influences ol donor doping on the room-temperature resistivity p 25 was analyzed, and the relationship between the content of donor and room-temperature resistivity p 25 was discussed. The results indicated that the p 25 decreased firstly and then increased with the increase of donor content. The optimum addition level of Y, La and Nb is 0.6 mol%, 0.3 mol% and 0.3 tool% respectively so as to attain the minimum p 25- The differences of Y, Nb and La donor-doped BaTiO3 ceramics were summarized. It was found that Y-doped BaTiO3 ceramics had widest semiconducting range, while Nb and La-doped samples had lower p 25 .The selection rules of BaTiO3 ceramics composition with double donors doping were proposed. The results indicate that BaTiO3-based ceramics with 0.15 mol% La and 0.05 mol% Nb addition possesses a minimum 025 of 4.8 Ω·cm
