摘要
物流人才的培养和开发是天津滨海新区发展现代物流服务业面临的一大课题,应作为一项系统工程放在战略地位来考虑。在天津滨海新区发展方向上,可以把滨海新区国际物流中心建设成为我国和东北亚地区重要的国际性物流人才中心,制定相关的战略实施对策,更好推动天津物流人才培养与开发。
Logistics talent training and development is a major task of the development of modern logistics industry in Tianjin Binhai New Area, which should be placed on strategic position to consider as a system engineering project. This paper analyzed status of human resources of international logistics centre in Tianjin Binhai New Area, we advocate the human resources strategy to construct the as an international logistics hub in Northeast Asia and China＇s major international logistics Centres in Binhai New Area. with a view to provide reference for the construction of Tianjin Binhai New Area international logistics center in the train and development of human resource.
