摘要
整合营销传播的思想引入虚拟参考咨询服务,虚拟参考咨询服务营销得以拓展。以此,对虚拟参考咨询服务IMC的特征进行分析,并结合虚拟参考咨询服务IMC实践,提出虚拟参考咨询服务IMC若干策略,以期促进虚拟参考咨询服务稳定、可持续的发展。
This article introduced the thinking of integrated marketing communication to virtual reference service, therefore the marketing of virtual reference service could be expanded. After analyzing the characteristics of IMC of virtual reference service, and combining with its practice, several countermeasures were put forward for the stable and sustainable development of virtual reference service.
