摘要
采用浊点法测定椰子油/甲醇/四氢呋喃(正己烷)三元体系溶解度,作出溶解度曲线及三相相图,并研究了均相碱催化酯化的甲酯转化率。结果表明,THF与正己烷是椰子油和甲醇体系很好的促溶剂,且均相酯化的甲酯转化率要比传统酯交换化的高。
Using turbidity method, the equilibrium solubility of a ternary system of coconut oil/methenal/THF（n-hexane） was determined, and the corresponding solubility diagram and phase diagram were drawn. Analysis of RME yield of transesterification showed that THF and n-hexane were good emulsifiers for coconut oil-methanol system. And the RME yield of the transesterification at homogeneous phase was higher than that of the traditional transesterification.
