摘要
椰子油是一种从椰肉提取的功能性植物油脂,其独特的脂肪酸组成赋予其良好的生物学功能。近年来,椰子油作为幼畜良好的脂肪来源,在缓解断奶应激,提高仔猪生产性能方面已被广泛应用。本文概述了椰子油的分类、代谢、生理功能及其在仔猪生产中的应用效果及前景。
Coconut oil is a kind of functional vegetable oil,which extracted from the flesh of coconut.By virtue of its unique fatty acid composition,it has good biological function. Recently,coconut oil served as the source of perfect lipid for young animal,which is bring the benefit of alleviating weaning stress syndrome and improving production performance of piglets,and it has been set off a new upsurge in piglet production application.The classification,metabolism,physiological function and its effect and prospect of piglet production application of coconut oil were reviewed in this article.
