摘要
从机械系统动力学的角度出发,对1580 mm热连轧机组的第二机架主传动系统的扭振进行了仿真计算。把主传动系统抽象成集中参数系统,用拉格朗日方程建立了扭振的数学模型,用Matlab软件计算出了系统扭振的固有频率和主振型,证实该主传动系统的动力设计是合理的。
In view of mechanical kinetics, the article describes the simulated calculation on torsional oscillation of main drives appeared at the 2^nd stand of 1580 mm hot strip rolling mill. The main drives is abstracted into concentrated data system, mathematic model of torsional oscillation is generated by lagranges equation, along with free running frequency and principle oscillation model are calculated by Matlab software. It accordingly demonstrates that the proper power is designed for the main drives.
