摘要
在现场综合测试的基础上,分析了采用可控硅供电的1150初轧机主传动系统的扭振状况。应用作者建立的有阻尼原坐标分析法,对主传动系统的扭矩响应波形进行仿真,结果与实测波形一致。这为轧钢机主传动动态计算提供了一种新的方法。
On the basis of synthetical test,the paper analysed the torsional vibration of the main drive system of 1150 blooming mill,which used thyristor power supply.Using the original cooridinate method established by the author,the simulation of wave response on the torsional vibration of the main drive system indicated that theoretical values coincide with the measured results.A new method for the dynamic calculation of the main drive system of the bloomingmill has been provided.
