摘要
黄酮类化合物是广泛存在于自然界中的一类多酚化合物，具有多种生理药理活性，其抗肿瘤活性是目前的研究热点之一。研究发现，黄酮类化合物可通过多种机制产生抗肿瘤作用，其中影响肿瘤细胞周期是其重要机制之一。
The flavonoids, having muti-physio-pharmaco-activity, is a kind of polyphenol compounds extensively existing in the natural world. Now its antineoplasmie activity is popularly investigated. Many researches have discovered that the flavoinds can resist tumor by many ways, specially interfering its cell cycle.
