山楂叶片发育过程中黄酮含量的变化 被引量:4

摘要 以大金星、大红、敞口、大旺和野生山楂叶片为试材,测定其不同发育时期黄酮含量及相关酶活性的变化。结果表明,大金星等4个品种和野生山楂叶片在不同发育时期黄酮含量变化趋势相似,6月和8月(或9月)出现2个高峰;高峰期大金星叶片的黄酮含量最高,其次是大红、敞口和大旺,且其含量相近,而野生山楂含量最低。PAL活性在6月和8月(或9月)普遍较高,与黄酮含量呈正相关;PPO和POD活性在6月较低,而7月以后活性较高。若以黄酮利用为目的,大旺叶片的适宜采收期为6月,大金星和野生山楂为8月,大红和敞口为9月;若叶片和果实兼用,则叶片的适宜采收期均为10月,此时各品种含量相近,均高于野生山楂。 Flavonol contents and some enzymes activities in leaves of Dajinxing, Dahong, Changkou, Dawang and wild hawthorn were tested at different stage of their development. The results showed that the flavonol contents had the same variation trend in different hawthom leaves during their growth, and had two peaks in June and August or September. The flavonol contents in Dajinxing leaves were the highest, and that in wild hawthorn leaves were the lowest, compared with Dahong, Changkou and Dawang, however, their contents were close. PAL activities were generally higher in June and August or September, and positively related to the changes of flavonol contents ; PPO and POD activities were lower in June, then went higher after July. On the basis of the flavonol contents, the appropriate collecting-time of Dawang Leaves was in June, and that of Dajinxing and wild hawthorn was in August, however, that of Dahong and Changkou was in September. For the purpose of using both leaves and fruits, the optimum harvesting time of cultivar hawthorn leaves should be in October when their flavonol contents were close but higher than that of wild hawthorn leaves .
