摘要
指出工程项目管理是企业运用系统的观点、理论和科学技术,对某项复杂的工程项目应进行计划、组织、监督、控制、协调等全过程管理,通过分析工程项目管理职能和在我国的发展,进一步揭示了其在我国现代建筑行业中的积极作用。
It points out that project program management is to take the systematic ideas, theory and scientific technology to manage the whole process of the planning, organizing, monitoring, controlling and cooperation of a complex project program. Through the analysis of the managing function of project priam and its development in China, it further reveals its positive function in the modem architectural industry in China.
