阐述了施工项目组织管理的系统,从建立质保体系,加强对人、材、机、方法、环境的控制等方面论述了施工项目质量管理的内容,介绍了成本管理、安全生产管理的原则,指出施工项目的管理是全方位的,必须强化组织协调工作,才能提高项目整体管理水平,促进企业的发展。
The article illustrates the system of construction project organizational management, discusses the contents of construction project quality management from establishing quality assurance system, strengthening the control of personnel, materials, machineries, methods and environment, introduces the principle of cost management and safety production management, and points out that the management of constmction project should be comprehensive and man should strengthen organizational coordination in order to increase whole project management level and promote the development of enterprise.
