摘要
实例表示方法和检索策略是基于实例机械产品设计的基础。在产品实例结构模型中,改进了层次分解树,使得分解树可在任意节点进行进一步分解和组合,并根据改进分解树的结构模型,建立了面向对象的节点实例表示方法;提出了实例预选、目标实例与候选实例匹配的两阶段实例检索策略,给出了相应算法,并应用到某枪械自动机的设计中,提高了实例检索效率。
Case representation and retrieval is the base for case-based mechanical product design. The hierarchical decomposition tree is improved in product case frame models, and it can be decomposed and combined ulteriorly at discretionary node. A method for representing node case based ob- ject-oriented technique is presented according to the hierarchical decomposition tree of the product case. A two-stage case retrieval strategy and its algorithm which includes preelection of case, matching of objective case and spare case are proposed. An example of automatic mechanism design in small arms is given, which elevates the efficiency of the case retrieval.
