摘要
通过用铁砂和铁红 ( Fe2 O3)制备高性能永磁铁氧体预烧料的表观特性、比饱和磁化强度 δs、电镜形貌观察分析和磁体特性测量 ,说明用铁砂完全可以代替铁红生产高性能永磁铁氧体 ,并对用铁砂生产高性能永磁铁氧体的工艺特点 ,如铁砂无需氧化处理 ,高温快速烧结和充足的氧化气氛等进行探讨。
Through comparing the apparent features between using iron sand and iron oxide red (Fe 2O 3) to generate high function permanent magnet ferrite pre sintering powder,specific saturation magnetization δ s, the form observed and analyzed by using the electron microscope,and the measurement of the features of the permanent magnet ferrite,it was concluded that iron oxide red (Fe 2O 3) could be replaced with iron sand to generate high function permanent magnet ferrite.The technology features of using iron sand to generate high function permanent magnet ferrite were discussed too,for example ,the iron sand without the need of oxidation,the high temperature rapid sintering and ample atmosphere of oxidation, et al.
