摘要
本文介绍了用铁砂制备M_(?)-2000软磁铁氧体材料的方法,而且讨论了铁砂氧化相变过程和杂质Si对制成的铁氧体性能的影响。
A method of MnZn soft ferrite prepared with iron-sand has been described. And the influence of oxidizing and phase change process of iron- sand and impurite Si on tbe magnetic of MnZn ferrite has been discussed. The magnetic properties are as follow: initial permeability μ is 2000±20%; saturation magnetic induction B_2 (H_= 0. 8■ kA/ m) is 340~400mT; coercive force H_(CB) is 12. 8~14. 8 A/m; loss factor tgδ/ μ' (f=100KHz, H=0. 4A/m) is 21. 0×10^(-6) ~27. 0× 10^(-5); temperature coefficient of permeability TKμ/μ (20 ~60℃) is 1. 3×10^(-6)~l. 8×10^(-6); curie temperature Tc is 160~200℃. These properties have reached the level of M_x-2000.
