摘要
首先提出了科技人员信息创新思维的形成和科学的运用是推进城市信息化建设的关键环节的观点。然后以广东省佛山市为例,论述了如何运用培训方式提高科技人员的信息敏感性,进而科学地形成和运用信息创新思维的问题。
The key step of cities＇ informatization construction is the formation and scientific application of technical staffs information innovating thinking. Taking Foshan City as an example we discussed how to improve the information sensitivity of technical staff by training, as a result to help the formation and application of information innovating thinking.
