摘要
为选择一种简便、快速、廉价的监测方法代替猪场污水处理中COD的日常监测,通过实验,考察了UV254与猪场污水原水COD及MBR处理出水COD的相关性,并验证了NH3-N、NO3--N和NO2--N浓度对水样UV254的影响。结果表明,猪场污水原水和MBR处理出水的UV254与COD有良好的相关性;NH3-N、NO3--N和NO2--N浓度对水样UV254影响不显著。UV254代替COD用于猪场污水原水及MBR处理出水的日常监测具有较强的可行性和实用性。
This study aimed to find out a simple, fast and economic way to replace COD in monitoring of swine wastewater through the spot inspection of the influences of NH3-N, NO3^- -N and NO2^- -N concentration on the UV254 value. Results showed that, the UV254 value was in high correlation with the COD value both for influent and MBR effluent of swine wastewater, NH3-N, NO3^- -N and NO2^--N concentration each had little influence on the UV254 value of the sample. It was proved that it was efficient to choose UV254 as a substitution of COD for swine wastewater treatment.
