摘要
高铁酸钾(PF)因其强氧化性而被应用于废水处理,但其稳定性受pH值影响非常大,进而影响处理废水效果。研究pH值对PF处理垃圾渗滤液的影响,并进一步考察鲸蜡三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、氯化四甲基铵(TMAC)、N,N,N-三甲基苄基甲基氯化铵(TMBAC)和乙酸锰(MA)4种相转移催化剂存在下,pH值对PF稳定性和垃圾渗滤液处理效果的影响规律。实验结果表明,不添加相转移催化剂,pH=10,PF稳定性和垃圾渗滤液处理效果最好。4种相转移催化剂存在下,PF对垃圾渗滤液的处理效果均有提高,均在pH=3时PF稳定性和处理效果最好。
Potassium ferrate has been used in wastewater treatment because of its strong oxidation,but its stability is greatly affected by pH value,which affects the effect of wastewater treatment.In this paper,the effect of pH value on the treatment of landfill leachate by potassium ferrate(PF)was studied,and the effect of pH value on the stability of potassium ferrate and the treatment effect of landfill leachate in the presence of Cetacean wax trimethylammonium bromide(CTAB),tetramethylammonium chloride(TMAC),N,N,N-trimethylbenzylmethylammonium chloride(TMBAC)and manganese acetate(MA)was further investigated.The results showed that the stability of potassium ferrate and the treatment effect of landfill leachate were the best when pH=10 without adding phase transfer catalyst.In the presence of four kinds of phase transfer catalysts,the treatment effect of potassium ferrate on landfill leachate was improved,and the stability and treatment effect of potassium ferrate were the best at pH=3.
