摘要
美国作为当今世界第一的经济强国,自20世纪70年代以来的30多年间却始终存在着大量的贸易逆差。本文从分析美国贸易逆差的现状和逆差结构出发,就美国国内需求、产业梯度转移、贸易数据统计方法、国内经济政策、国际因素等方面对巨额逆差的成因进行剖析,探讨其与美国宏观经济、美元国际地位和美国全球经济霸主地位的相互影响关系,揭示了其利用贸易逆差来刺激本国经济发展和谋求维持世界霸主地位的本质,在此基础上进一步阐明美国贸易逆差是合乎世界经济发展规律的产物,决定国际竞争力的基本因素已发生了有利于美国的变化。
Though as the world＇s first economic power, the United States has always had a large number of trade deficit since the 1970s. This paper first analyses the current situation and the structure of the deficit of the U.S. trade, then investigates the reasons of the huge deficit caused by the domestic demand, the industrial gradient transfer, the trade statistics methods, the domestic economic policies and other international factors, explores the interactive relations with the US macro-economy, the international status of US dollar and the US hegemony in the global economy, and reveals the nature of its using the trade deficit to stimulate domestic economic development and to seek to maintain hegemony in the world. Based on the above analyses, the paper further clarifies that the U.S. trade deficit is the product which is in line with the world economic development taw, and the decision of the international competitiveness of the fundamentals have taken place in favor of the United States.
