摘要
在经济全球化背景下,企业在对英语专业人才需求量不断增加的同时,对其英语交际能力和岗位实际操作能力也提出了更高要求。以培养高等应用型人才为目标的高等职业院校,应该以就业为导向,以岗位能力标准为依据,以交际能力培养为重点,以现代化教学手段为依托,全面加强英语教学改革,切实提高人才培养的针对性。
