摘要
目的:观察兰索拉唑对大鼠乙醇性急性胃病变保护作用的影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、兰索拉唑组和奥美拉唑组,采用无水乙醇诱导大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤,分别测定胃黏膜血流量(GMBF)、跨膜电位(PD)、胃黏膜损伤指数(UI)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)和血栓素B2(TXB2),并在光镜下观察胃黏膜的病理学改变。结果:与模型对照组比较,兰索拉唑组大鼠UI明显降低(P<0.01),GMBF值增加,PD值明显增加,胃黏膜内源性PGE2含量增加,TXB2含量降低。结论:兰索拉唑对大鼠胃黏膜具有重要的保护作用,增加胃黏膜血流量,并与PGE2合成有关。
Objective: To investigate the protection of Lansoprazole to acute injury of gastric mucosal lesion in rats caused by alcohol. Methods: Rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, Lansoprazole group and Omeprazole group, acute injury of gastric mucosal lesion in rata was caused by absolute alcohol, gastric mucosal blood flow (GMBF), transmembrane potential (PD), gastric mucosal damage index (UI), prostaglandin E2 and thromboxan B: were measured, pathological change was observed by light microscope. Results: GMBF, PD and PGE: in Lansoprazole group were higher than those in model control group, UI and thromboxan Bzin Lansoprazole group were lower than those in model control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Lansoprazole may have great protection to gastric mucosa of rats, it may increase gastric mucosal blood flow by promoting the synthesis of PGE2.
