摘要
目的:探讨兰索拉唑胶囊联合莫沙必利治疗老年胃食管反流病的疗效。方法:观察组:兰索拉唑胶囊30mg/d,1次/d,晨起空腹使用;莫沙必利片5mg/d,3次/d,疗程4周。对照组:莫沙必利片5mg/d,3次/d,疗程4周。结果:经过治疗4周后,观察组:75例患者显效49例,有效26例占,有效率100%。对照组:75例患者显效20,有效23,无效32例,总有效率为57.3%。结论:兰索拉唑胶囊联合莫沙必利治疗老年胃食管反流病疗效肯定。
Objective： To discass the curative effect of Lansoprazole capsule combined Mosopride tablets of treatment of senile gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methuds：Observation group：Lansoprazole capsule 30mg/d,1/d,ln the morning with an empty stomach,Mosopride tablets 5mg/d,3/d,ln the morning with an empty stomach,for 4 weeks;control group：Mosopride tablets 5mg/d,3/d,for 4 weeks.Results：After 4 weeks after treatment,for the Observation group,49 cases were markedly improved,26 cases were improved,in the 75 cases of patients,effective rate was 100%.For the control group：20 cases were markedly improved,23 cases were improved,and 32 cases were not improved in the 75 cases of patients,effective rate was 57.3%.Conclusion：The effect of Lansoprazole capsule combined Mosopride tablets t on senile gastroesophageal reflux disease was curative.
