摘要
大学教师学术声誉,是学术共同体对大学教师在增进和发展知识方面所做出的贡献给予的承认和尊敬。我国学术界对大学教师学术声誉少有研究,因此引发了种种学术失范行为,最终导致大学教师学术声誉的不断滑落,引起了社会的广泛关注。提高大学教师学术声誉是提升大学学术声誉的关键,因此,教师学术声誉应该成为大学学术声誉评价的核心目标导向。
The academic reputation of university teachers is the recognition and respect given to university teachers by the academic community for their contributions to the enhancement and development of knowledge. The academic circles of our country have not done much research on academic reputation of university teachers. There exist various kinds of academic deviation from norms, leading to the injury of academic reputation of university teachers. This has aroused extensive social concern. Raising academic reputation of university teachers is crucial to the promotion of academic reputation of universities. Therefore, academic reputation of teachers should become the leading goal of the evaluation of academic reputation of universities.
