油团聚浮选回收尾矿中微细粒辉钼矿的研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用油团聚浮选技术对浙江某钼矿山库存尾矿进行了微细颗粒钼矿的实验研究。研究了中性油种类与用量、起泡剂用量、矿浆pH值、团聚时间及搅拌强度等因素对油团聚浮选过程的影响。结果表明,在众多中性油中,变压器油表现出了较好的油团聚浮选效果,对于钼金属分布率高于90%的-0.038 mm粒级的浮选尾矿,其合适用量需达到12 kg/t左右,与之配合的起泡剂用量在0.5 kg/t左右,油团聚时间及搅拌强度分别需达到3 min和400 r/min以上。工业实验表明,采用油团聚浮选技术处理含钼尾矿,可以从含钼1.05%的浮选尾矿中,获得钼品位为22.62%、回收率为94.93%的钼精矿。 A promising process, oil agglomeration flotation ( OAF), has been developed for the recycling of uhrafine molybdenite resources from a molybdenum mine tailings in Zhejiang. The effects of processing parameters on the OAF performance, such as the species and dosage of neutral oils, dosage of frother, pH value of the pulp, agitation time and rate, were investigated. Among several neutral oils, transformer oil shows the best agglomeration effect. For the complex tailings, in which over 90% of molybdenum distributed in the range of -0. 038 mm, the optimal dosage of transformer oil and frother was about 12 kg/t and 0. 5 kg/t respectively, and the least agitation time and rate should above 3 min and 400 r/min, respectively. The commercial test shows that OAF technology is suitable to reclaim molybdenite from flotation railings, for a tailings with a feed grade of Mo 1.05%, a molybdenum concentrate of 22.62% Mo with a recovery of 94.93% can be obtained.
