摘要
目的:归纳总结药物致肌肉骨骼系统不良反应,为规避临床用药风险提供参考。方法:使用Medline和维普、万方资源系统检索药物致肌肉骨骼系统不良反应并进行综述。结果:降脂药、喹诺酮类药物、糖皮质激素类药物、双膦酸盐类药物、抗精神病类药物、抗凝药、抗惊厥药以及部分中药等临床常见药物均可能引起肌肉骨骼系统药物不良反应。结论:与其他系统不良反应相比,肌肉骨骼系统不良反应并不是一种常见的药物不良反应。当存在高危因素时,例如老年人、妇女、肝肾功能损害、合用多种药物的人群以及严重感染、休克或围手术期患者,应当仔细考虑发生此类不良反应的可能性。
Objective： To investigate the musculoskeletal adverse drug reactions and avoid risk of clinical drug use. Methods： ADRs of musculoskeletal system induced by drugs were summarized and analyzed by searching databases. Results： Lipid-lowering drugs, quinolones, corticosteroids, bisphosphonates, antipsychotic drugs, anticoagulant drugs and some traditional Chinese medicine can induce musculoskeletal ADRs. Conclusion： The musculoskeletal disorders are not common drug reactions like other ADRs. When existing high risk factors, such as the elder, woman, the liver and renal function damaged, combined use of drugs and the seriously infected, shock or perioperative patient, possibility of musculoskeletal ADRs should be considered.
