摘要
音乐教师的实践性知识是教师在具体的日常教育教学实践情境中,通过个人体验、感悟、沉思、沟通、合作与交流等方式,发现和洞察自身的实践和经验之中的意蕴,并融合自身的生活经验以及个人所赋予的经验意义,逐渐积累而成的运用于音乐教育教学实践中的知识。音乐教师只有躬身于实践,在实践中多体验、多反思、多感悟,才能习得实践性知识。即,只有通过多种途径加强职前音乐教师和在职音乐教师的实践性知识的习得,并为职前和在职音乐教师实践性知识的习得提供合作共享的平台,才能促进音乐教师的专业发展,这也充分体现了当今音乐教师专业发展的自主性之诉求。
The practical knowledge of a music teacher is the kind of knowledge that a teacher puts to use in his own music teaching by integrating his life experience and value with the outside world through experience, realization, reflection, communication and cooperation. Only by practice, can a music teacher acquire practical knowledge. Therefore, we should provide the cooperation and sharing platform for pre-service and in-service music teachers to promote their professional development, which is a subjective requirement of music teachers.
