摘要
肝星状细胞(hepatic stellate cells,HSC)是肝内一种具有多功能、变化不定的非实质细胞。肝脏损伤时静息期HSC活化为肌成纤维样细胞表型,其在肝纤维化(hepatic fibrosis)发生发展中发挥重要作用。对HSC起源、分布与表型转变的研究将为治疗与逆转肝纤维化提供新的方向。
Hepatic stellate cells (HSC) are protean, multifunctional, and enigmatic cells of the liver. Liver injury activates quiescent HSC to myofibroblast-like phenotype, which play an important role in the development of hepatic fibrosis. The study of HSC on the origin, distribution and phenotypic changes will provide a new direction for the treatment and reversal of hepatic fibrosis.
