摘要
由于学校心理咨询的特殊性,咨询师往往还扮演着除咨询师外的多重角色,因此在咨询过程中难免会发生角色冲突。咨询师不仅要克服自身的角色内冲突,更需要在教师与咨询师角色之间转换自如,避免角色间的冲突。为解决角色冲突,咨询师应将自己角色与教师角色的职责、权限和功能进行分离;同时政府和学校要加强和支持咨询师专业训练,提升咨询师专业素养。
Because of the special nature of scheol psychological counseling, consultants often plays multi - roles as well as a consultant, so that it is inevitable to appear the roles - conflict. It requires tile consultants o not only ovemome their inner roles - conflict, but switch their roles to another freely for avoiding the role - conflict. In order to avoid their role - conflict, the consultants should scparate their own roles from the role as a teacher, the limit of their autherities from the fimctions. In addition, the professional qualities of consnltants need the support of the govermnent and school to provide them with professional training.
