摘要
为克服传统降解菌筛选的局限性,采用全新的筛选方法从长期施用莠去津的土壤中分离筛选出1株高效莠去津降解菌,该菌株可利用莠去津作为氮源生长,降解率可达98.46%。对其最佳生长条件及影响因素的实验研究显示最佳条件为:温度30℃、pH7.0。经生理生化鉴定和16s序列比对分析,鉴定其为丁香假单胞菌。外加氮源可促进菌体的生长但不会完全抑制农药的降解。因此,该研究为降解菌的筛选方式提供了全新的思路并为污染环境修复奠定了坚实的基础。
A bacterial strain was isolated directly from herbicide contaminated soil with a new screening technique, which is superior to the traditional methods, which could use atrazine as the sole carbon and nitrogen source for growth. The most optimal degrading temperature and pH of the strain was 30℃ and pH7.0 respectively, degradations of atrazine was 98.46 %.This strain was identified as Pseudomonas sryingae by assembling physiological and biochemical identification combined with 16S rDNA sequences. Extra nitrogen source addition could promote the growth of the strains but not completely suppress the degradation of atrazine. And then, a new original method was provided for the screening technique of degrading microbe and the isolation can be used for bioremediation of contaminated water and soil with atrazine in the future.
