本文从能量、蛋白质与氨基酸、脂肪和脂肪酸、维生素、矿物质元素及添加剂等几个方面对猪肉品质营养调控的研究进展进行了综述。
This article focused on the research progress of the nutritional regulation to improve the pork quality, such as energy, protein and amino acids, fat and fatty acids, vitamins, minerals and additives.
