摘要
为了克服接触式测量中的一些弊端,如测量时加在物体上的物理效应、测量环境的高要求、人为误差较大等,结合了现代数字图像处理技术和视觉测量方法,采用了非接触式测量方法进行距离测量。建立了图像采集系统,运用LabWindows/CVI软件设计的Sobel算子对采集到的图像进行边缘检测,得到两边缘线之间的像素差值,并代入距离计算公式求得距离。结果表明,该测量方法所得结果与实际值符合,证实了基于数字图像处理的距离测量方法的准确性。
To overcome the disadvantages of contact measurement such as physical effects applied on object during measuring, high requirement for measurement environment, large personal error ere, non-contact measurement which combined modern digital image processing technology, and vision measurement was used to acquire distance. The difference of pixel values between edge lines was gained after Sobel operator of LabWindows/CVI software was applied on edge detection to the image collected by image collection system which was set up before detecting. Then distance was obtained just substituting the difference to the distance equation. The coherence between this method and contact measurement showed the aeeuraey of distance measuring method based on digital image processing technology.
