摘要
从来自大田的健康西瓜植株根际分离细菌65株,室内活体测定了这些菌株对西瓜幼苗的促生效果,获得2株可以稳定促进幼苗生长的菌株NA-1和NA-33。利用形态学和生理生化方法对菌株进行了初步鉴定,表明该菌株分别属于枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)和荧光假单孢菌(Pseudomonas fluorescence)。离体测定上述菌株可能具有的促生特性,发现2个菌株均具有产生吲哚乙酸(IAA)、溶磷能力,同时发现NA-1具有产生NH3的能力。
Sixty-five kinds of rhizobacteria were isolated from rhizosphere of healthy watermelon seedlings growing in the fields and their effects of plant growth promotion potential on watermelon seedlings were evaluated under indoor conditions. Two strains, NA-1 and NA-33, with persis- tent plant growth promoting activities were selected. Identification on the basis of morphological and biochemical characteristics were carried out. The results indicated that the strains of NA-1 and NA-33 belong to Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas fluorescence respectively. The two isolates were studied in vitro and the production like indoleacetic acid (IAA), ammonia(NH3) and phosphate solubilization with plant growth promoting propterties were detected. Therefore, the two strains possessed the capacities of producing IAA and phosphate solubilization. The strain of NA - 1 possessed the capacities of production of NH3.
